NOXIPON TAG
Noxipon TAG is an anionic thickener and stabilizing agent for emulsions and suspensions.
Due to its excellent chemical stability, it is one of the few alternatives on the market for the use in formulations containing hydrogen peroxide, such as the Chlorine Free Gel Bleach and the Cleaners with O2 Power or Active Oxygen.
In addition, Noxipon TAG is also a great helper in the formulation of liquid soaps and shampoos that do not contain any salt added. Together with Prime AG12 and Amide 90%, Noxipon TAG generates a product with high foaming and viscosity.
Its application is simple and does not require neutralization, as carbomers do. That is why it is also an excellent option for the production of alcohol gels. For this type of application, besides its high viscosity and extreme translucency, Noxipon TAG still has the advantage of generating a sensory hydration to the skin.
The most commonly used application percentages are 0.1 to 1.0%, depending on the type of formulation and desired viscosity.
