NOXIPON TXT

Noxipon TXT is a product with two strong contributions in distinct applications: thickener for softeners and stabilizer for emulsions and suspensions.

As a thickener, Noxipon TXT is an excellent alternative to softeners based on Dialkyl Dimethyl Ammonium Chloride and Quat ester. Dosages between 0.2 and 0.4% are able to generate excellent viscosity.

Noxipon TXT also improves the fixation of fragrances and increases the fixing of the active to the fibers. It is a great alternative for those who are interested in developing a product with high performance and do not intend to use ready-made bases. For this, we recommend the use of 0,2 to 0,5% of Noxipon TXT as thickener together with 1,0 to 2,5% of Dialkyl Chloride 50%, the famous active for softeners Armosof T L by Nouryon distributed by Macler throughout the national territory.

For emulsions and suspensions, Noxipon TXT has a very high capacity to stabilize them, drastically reducing the need to use high loads of surfactants. In our SmartLab we have already achieved amazing results in stabilizing emulsions with very high loads of oil and suspensions with up to 40% solids using only 0.5% of Noxipon TXT.

Good examples of this type of formulation are water-based silicone emulsions for automotive use in car body panels, creamy soaps with high loadings of Calcium Carbonate, Silicates and Aluminates, as well as emulsions and suspensions of oils and minerals in fertilizer and pesticide formulations.
